Ohio Dominican University Catering Department now has available disposable service that is Green.
We are currently switching our disposable cold drink cups to GREENWARE. GREENWARE is made from all natural corn based material, NatureWorks PLA. It is 100% compostable and environmentally sustainable. It is made from corn grown in the USA.
We also have available, 100% biodegradable enviroware disposable plates. Spudware, disposable flatware is also available. These items are available at an additional charge.
