• February 9th : Join us as we start to celebrate Black History Month with our Caribbean theme menu at lunch in Hamilton Hall
• February 12th :Tell us how we are doing as we start our Spring surveys
• February 14th :Spend Valentine's Day with us as we do celebrate Valentine's Day at Dinner in Hamilton Hall
• February 17th : We continue to celebrate Black History month as we feature some Southern Comfort foods at Dinner in Hamilton Hall.
• February 20th : Get ready for Fat Tuesday as we have our Mardi Gras night on Monday at  dinner in Hamilton Hall
